Akerman is committed to a hybrid environment that promotes flexibility, collaboration, and professional growth.ResponsibilitiesWorks under the direction and supervision of the Senior Client Development Manager, (Litigation PG) and practice leadership to develop and implement business development plans to support practice group goalsDevelops client-specific presentations, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and other client-facing materialsTracks completed matter details and manages practice submissions for directories, databases, and other publications as neededAssists in the planning and execution of sponsorships and client eventsProject management of various MCD initiatives for the litigation PGQualificationsBachelor’s degree4+ years of experience, preferably with an AmLaw 100, financial services, or professional services firm, in a business development or marketing roleStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to meet multiple and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExceptional customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writingAbility to work with individuals at all levels across the firm, and to work well in a team environment, collaborating effectively with team members with varying perspectivesProficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and AdobeWe offer an excellent compensation and benefits package.
