This role will act as a strategic partner to executive leadership, driving workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and talent outcomes. The position blends high-level advisory responsibilities with leadership of an established HR team.Key Responsibilities:Partner with senior business leaders to shape and execute talent strategy aligned to business goalsLead and develop a team of HR professionals, ensuring consistent, high-quality support across regionsDrive workforce planning, headcount strategy, and organizational design initiativesProvide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and leadership developmentCollaborate with recruiting teams to ensure effective hiring strategies and strong talent pipelinesInfluence key business decisions by providing data-driven insights and recommendationsPromote a high-performance culture through accountability, feedback, and continuous improvementQualifications:15+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership in HR Business Partner rolesRecent background in consulting or professional services is requiredExperience supporting executive-level stakeholders and influencing business decisionsExperience leading HR teams with at least 10+ employees is requiredStrong expertise in workforce planning, talent management, and organizational strategyBachelor’s degree requiredAdditional Details:Oversees HR support for several thousands of employees across multiple countries in the AmericasTravel requirement of approximately 25%, including occasional international travelMix of strategic (majority) and operational leadership responsibilitiesOpportunity to step into a highly visible role with executive exposurePerks:Competitive bonus structure with realistic attainmentSign-on bonus offeredMedical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and additional benefits offeredHigh-impact role with strong leadership visibility and growth potentialAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
