This role focuses on analytics, reporting, ratings & reviews management, and cross-functional coordination related to online product content across client and major retailer websites.The Marketing Analyst / Coordinator will monitor and analyze consumer feedback, identify trends and risks, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve product, content, and customer experience issues. Strong analytical skills, project management experience, and written communication abilities are critical for success in this role.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor customer product reviews and Q&A across the client website and major online retail platformsManage Ratings & Reviews activities for Digital Appliance categories, including review validity, syndication gaps, badging issues, at-risk SKUs, and proper SKU groupingsAnalyze and report on review volume, rating trends, consumer insights, competitor comparisons, and incentive program performanceIdentify, investigate, escalate, and track notable product, service, and channel issues; compile and share regular issue trend reportsPartner with internal teams including Product Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and other stakeholders to facilitate solutions and escalations related to consumer feedbackReport on PDP (Product Detail Page) content health and Consumer Experience Journey (CEJ) issues across .com platforms and support resolution effortsLeverage industry tools, analytics platforms, websites, and customer feedback channels to complete reporting and analysis initiativesSupport multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and reporting expectationsRequired Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferredMinimum 3+ years of experience in online retail, retail operations, marketing, sales, merchandising, or service organizationsMinimum 3+ years of experience in analytical, internet-based reporting; experience with Sprinklr preferredMinimum 3+ years of project management experiencePrevious account management experience is a plusStrong understanding of consumer electronics products and technologyRequired Technical & Professional SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Extensive experience using web browsers and online research toolsStrong analytical and reporting capabilitiesExcellent written communication and presentation skillsAbility to identify trends, risks, and insights from large data sets and consumer feedbackHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong collaboration and stakeholder communication skillsPractical understanding of remote business tools including smartphones, tablets, and laptops, with basic troubleshooting capabilities
