Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to build strong customer relationships and support administrative operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Why Join Us? Provide updates on repair progress and explain processes, including insurance, payments, rentals, and timelines. Answer and direct calls professionally, schedule appointments and handle DRP assignments promptly. Create RO files, coordinate vehicle drop-offs, and manage related paperwork. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, front office, and kitchen. Manage office calendars, invoices, accounts receivable, and final billing preparations. Submit customer information for weekly service reviews Travel with our porter to customer locations to assist with check in process for customers who cannot travel to our locations Driving different types of vehicles to and from the facility Assist as needed in other areas What We’re Looking For 2+ years of customer service experience preferred Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills with attention to detail. Experience in sales, call centers, or POS/management systems is a plus Schedule Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Qualifications Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
