New Stylist Mentorship & Training Program: At our salons, we’re intentional about how we support new stylists. Our mentorship program is designed to meet you where you are and help you grow with confidence — both behind the chair and in your professional presence. This program isn’t one-size-fits-all. We scale your training based on your experience level, strengths, and goals, ensuring you receive the right level of support to build a strong, sustainable clientele. What Our Mentorship Includes: ★ Hands-on guidance from experienced stylists and educators ★ A structured training path that adjusts as your skills grow ★ Real-time coaching behind the chair ★ Support in building and retaining your clientele ★ Clear benchmarks to track progress and celebrate growth ★ A focus on long-term success, not quick turnover Social Media Development & Personal Branding: Not many salons offer true one-on-one mentorship for social media — but at our salons, it’s standard. Personalized guidance on building your platform isn’t an extra step here; it’s simply part of how we develop our stylists. You’ll receive direct support on: ★ Building and refining your professional social media presence ★ Creating content that reflects your style and attracts your ideal clients ★ Understanding what performs well and why ★ Developing consistency without feeling overwhelmed ★ Using social media as a strategic tool for clientele growth Our goal is simple: to help you become a confident, successful stylist with a strong book and a strong brand — and to make sure you never feel like you’re doing it alone. Position Overview: We’re expanding and looking for stylists who want more than a station — they want a career with purpose. What You’ll Do: ★ Provide haircuts, color services, styling, and other offerings based on your strengths ★ Use salon software to manage appointments and personalize client experiences ★ Maintain a clean, welcoming environment that reflects our brand standards ★ Recommend services and retail products that support each client’s goals ★ Contribute to a collaborative, education-focused team culture ★ Stay current with trends, techniques, and ongoing education ★ Experience with extensions or makeup is a plus, but not required. We have a dedicated bridal team with opportunities to grow into those services if they interest you★ What We’re Looking For: ★ A valid Wisconsin cosmetology license ★ Stylists of all experience levels — from seasoned professionals to new graduates ★ Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to hospitality ★ A growth mindset and willingness to learn ★ A collaborative approach in a fast-paced, people-centered environment ★ Openness to mentorship, training, and constructive feedback We don’t gatekeep talent — we develop.
