This may include operations such as observing parts and/or running of jobs. Reports functionally to the Assembly Supervisor.\n\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.\nPerform any general operations of the assembly operation.\nPerform any secondary operations to meet customer requirements. (See Operator Instructions and QC Standard.)\nFollow Operator Instruction Sheet. (Sign Operator Instruction Verification Sign-Off Sheet)\nBar code parts.\nScrap recording and plotting.\nGeneral housekeeping and organization of workstation.\nInspect/Assemble parts to meet customer requirements. (See Q.C. Standard)\nPack parts. (See Packaging Instruction Sheet)\nEnsure that finished products meet or exceed our customers’ requirements. See QC Standard.\nIf non-conforming parts occur, contact Supervisor immediately.\nResponsibilities include all listed above but are not limited to only those listed above.\nComplete any other tasks or assignments as directed by supervision.\nMaintain compliance of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001.\n\nFollows all safety, housekeeping and company policies and procedures.\nCoordinates and maintains all job responsibilities in a continuous and flexible manner and performs other related duties and job assignments as required.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
