Quality Engineering Activities - Document test results and coverage using ADO and other Test Management Tools. - Conduct API and integration testing. - Manage defect lifecycle including logging| triage| retest| and verification. - Support Workday semiannual updates with risk analysis and regression testing. - Assist with UAT coordination and execution. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Workday analysts| configuration teams| developers| and business owners. - Promote shift-left testing through early involvement. - Communicate testing progress| risks| and issues clearly. Required Qualifications - Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience. - 5 years of QAtesting experience| including 3 years focused on Workday. - Hands-on experience testing Workday HCM andor Finance modules. - Workday certification preferred. - Experience with Workday test automation. Strong manual testing and test design skills. - Experience validating Workday integrations and configurations. - Familiarity with Git and programming languages. - Strong analytical and communication skills.
