In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for our Providers. You will ensure Providers are successfully onboarded and manage client project plans.This position is based out of one of our office locations in Las Vegas, NV, Charlotte, NC or Denver, CO.Responsibilities:Provider Support & RetrainingSupport Provider Development Executive & Account Management Team by addressing Provider engagement on the MoveDocs platformIdentify and coordinate with Account Managers to facilitate MoveDocs re-training/education for new and existing medical providersAssist in adding new users to the MoveDocs platformCollaborate with internal MoveDocs departments to address medical providers' inquiries, i.e. from contracting to servicingNew Provider OnboardingImplement MoveDocs workflows in new provider practicesTrain staff at MoveDocs medical provider offices on MoveDocs platform and processes, i.e scheduling, procedure requests, and bill/record uploadsSpecial medical provider projectsWork with Provider Team directly on developing internal/external workflows for enterprise level providersRequirementsCollege degree preferredMedical and software background is a plusMinimum of 1 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the SaaS or technology industry. Prefer 2-3 yearsProven experience in client onboarding, project management, or implementation management within a healthcare revenue cycle, technology, or similar industryDemonstrated success in building and nurturing client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and achieving business resultsStrong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and concernsStrong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiencesExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in using MS Software, Smartsheet and SalesforceMust be able to work in-office at one of our office locations in Las Vegas, NV, Charlotte, NC or Denver, COBenefitsWe believe taking great care of our customers starts with taking great care of our people.
