Creating and implementing purchasing and inventory control systems as it relates to consumable items, tools, and equipment.\nProjects as required by the Director, Arena Operations.\n\nCANDIDATE PROFILE: Who You Are\nBachelor’s/Technical degree from an accredited college/university/school.\nMinimum of one to two (1-2) years’ experience in facility operations management; including at least one year of building changeover work in arena, convention center or public assembly facility including set-up/housekeeping.\nExperience managing and developing teams.\nSpecific experience as it relates to an 18,000+ seat sports and entertainment facility; managing the conversion requirements for sporting and entertainment arena events.\nKnowledge and previous experience working with NBA, NHL/AHL, NCAA (hockey and basketball), FELD Entertainment, AEG Live, Live Nation and other concert and family show promoters preferred.\nMust have a continuous drive and passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests, employees, tenants, and teams.\nFamiliar with OSHA standards.\nExperience in developing and managing budgets.\nSpecific knowledge of portable seating, ice maintenance, hockey glass and boards, portable basketball floor and other associated equipment.\n\nKEY COMPETENCIES: Skills You Possess\nMust have a flexible schedule, with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
