We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety. CBA PositionTransdev is proud to offer:Position Subject To Collective Bargaining Agreement$17.50 - $19.50 / hour1st shift, 2nd shift, 3rd shift available - will be required to work weekendsThis position can lead to full-time.Benefits Include401k or similar retirement planKey ResponsibilitiesOversees on-road service by tracking trip performance measures, route began on time, performance, incidents, etc.Provides customer support by responding to questions/concerns regarding schedules, lost items, timing, and general service challenges. Assists passengers in need, and with loading/unloading of baggage from the bus.Assists in emergency situations for vehicle operators, act as liaison between drivers, management, and emergency services.Reconcile physical passenger counts and electronic count from the bus systems if equipped.Other duties as assigned by General Manager or Direct SupervisorQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's licenseTechnical degree preferredADA knowledge2 years customer service experienceExcellent verbal, interpersonal skills, email, and phone skillsExcellent customer service skills & problem solving skillsAbility to lift minimum of 50 poundsPhysical RequirementsMust be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
