This role demands a high level of precision, technical skill, and an understanding of die mechanics to improve die designs and processes. Qualifications: • Extensive experience in die correction, preferably within the aluminum extrusion industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Advanced ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical prints. • Proficient in general machine work and knowledgeable about die mechanics. • Physical ability to manage heavy materials and stand for extended periods including frequent bending, lifting, and reaching. • Proficient in safety protocols for handling hazardous materials, ensuring a safe work environment. • Good communication skills for effective coordination with team members and reporting to supervisors. • Consistent and reliable attendance is required.
