PRN INPATIENT THERAPIST (LICENSED)
PRN Inpatient TherapistResponsibilities and duties include conducting thorough patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations, providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions, managing crisis situations, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and engaging in clinical research activities.Skills and competencies required include proven experience in psychotherapy, crisis intervention, behavioral health modalities, familiarity with medical documentation standards, and excellent communication skills.Schedule: Monday - Friday (Days) / Occasional weekends hours. Must attend full hospital and departmental orientations.Qualifications include a Master's Degree in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field, a minimum of one-three (1-3) years experience in a psychiatric health care facility, state licensure (LPC, LPC-A, LMFT, LMSW or LCSW), and completion of CPR and CPI training.Our current employees value an environment that prioritizes patient care, supportive leadership, and opportunities for growth and advancement.
