Travel to out-of-state locations will be required based on project needs and the employee’s skill set in support of other ongoing federal projects.\nPosition Overview\nWe are seeking an experienced and dependable Window Installer to support federal and military construction projects. This role requires travel and the ability to work on secure military installations. The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of quality and safety standards required for federal work.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nInstall and remove windows and doors in accordance with project specifications and manufacturer requirements\nPerform accurate field measurements and verify site conditions\nEnsure proper flashing, sealing, insulation, and weatherproofing\nRead and interpret plans, specifications, and installation details\nMaintain compliance with federal safety regulations and site-specific requirements\nProtect surrounding finishes and maintain a clean, organized job site\nCoordinate with supervisors, inspectors, and other trades on active job sites\nThis position requires more than basic window installation.
