Successful candidates are adaptable, able to think on their feet, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities throughout the day.\nDuties of a Bail Coordinator, are but not limited to:\nMaking and answering phone calls\nProvide excellent customer service\nPosting bonds at jails\nAssist office staff with day-to-day duties\nAll other duties assigned\nWhat Success Looks Like:\nProviding excellent customer service to clients and families\nManaging a high volume of calls and client interactions\nBeing detail-oriented and organized\nTaking initiative and following tasks through to completion\nWorking effectively with a team in a fast-paced environment\nQualifications (Please read)\nMUST be able to Pass California Background Check (For State License)\nMust be professional, punctual, reliable, and have a positive attitude.\nAbility to learn quickly\nAbility to make and handle a high call volume.\nAbility to maintain a strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.\nPrior office experience required.\nNo prior Bail office experience required; training will be provided\nExcellent written and strong verbal communication skills/customer service.\nProficient in computer skills including typing, utilizing software programs and Windows.\nMust be 18+ or older\nBilingual: Spanish Speaking Preferred\nHigh School diploma or equivalent\nJob Type\nFull Time\nMust have a flexible Schedule to be able to work day shifts and evening shifts\nMust be able to work weekends and holidays\nGrowth Opportunities:\nNo prior bail bond experience is required. We provide hands-on training to help you learn the industry.
