The ideal candidate will have a strong background in VCF hands-on deployment, upgrade and migration services, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing regularly?Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert on deploying AI workloads on VCF, demonstrating how SDDC components of VCF can bring ROI for customer deploymentsConfiguration and upgrade services within our R&D lab environmentsCollaborate with sales and marketing teams in identifying opportunities through customer discovery and scoping meetingsParticipate in pre-sales conversations, design, planning of services engagements when requiredProvide technical leadership and mentorship to others looking to deploy AI workloads on VCFJob RequirementsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's in Computer Science, or a related field and 12+ years of experience in solutions architecture or software engineeringSkills and Attributes:Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environmentCompensation And BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is USD 129,400.00 To USD 207,000.00As a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and the opportunity to receive not only a competitive new hire equity grant, but also annual equity awards, connecting your success directly to the company's growth.
