You'll be responsible for project coordination, administrative support, procurement assistance, document management, and communication activities that directly impact project execution, team efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Success in this role means helping projects run smoothly, supporting Project Managers in meeting deadlines and budget goals, and ensuring project deliverables are completed accurately and efficiently, all while upholding KE's commitment to Safety, People, Passion, and Performance. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:\n\nCollaborate with Project Managers and project teams to understand project scope, requirements, and objectives.\nAttend project meetings and document key action items, timelines, and deliverables.\nReview project contracts and assist with project startup activities.\nCreate and maintain projects in Procore, Viewpoint, and other project management systems.\nTrack permits, purchase orders, material orders, project schedules, and key project milestones.\nDraft and process project documentation, including change requests, reports, trackers, and status updates.\nMaintain organized project files, drawings, records, and documentation.\nAssist with budget tracking, forecasting, and project performance reporting.\nCoordinate communication between internal teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.\nSupport procurement efforts by sourcing vendors and tracking project materials and equipment.\nAssist with preconstruction planning and project coordination activities.\nProvide technical support through drawing review, material coordination, and project documentation management.\nMonitor project deliverables and help ensure deadlines are met.\nSupport continuous improvement of project processes, procedures, and standards.\nUtilize Microsoft Office and project management software to support daily operations.\nEffectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nTravel to project sites as needed, including occasional out-of-town assignments.\nOccasionally work evenings, weekends, or holidays based on project needs.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications\n\nWhat You Bring\n\nYou're someone who shows up ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing things right.
