Candidates must be available to work onsite at our facility at least three days per week.\r\nWhat You'll Be Doing\r\nOwn the US general ledger and maintain accurate, complete financial records\r\nManage month-end, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including timelines, issue resolution, and completeness of the books\r\nPrepare and review financial statements, identifying gaps or inconsistencies\r\nStay close to day-to-day accounting activities and step in as needed\r\nReview AP aging and manage weekly payment cycles\r\nOversee semi-monthly payroll in partnership with HR\r\nHandle commissions, reimbursements, and expense activity\r\nManage inventory accounting, including journal entries and transaction flow\r\nManage intercompany transactions and reconciliations\r\nPerform and review bank and credit card reconciliations\r\nMaintain compliance with GAAP, tax requirements, and a strong controls environment\r\nEnsure accounting data is audit-ready across financial and tax requirements\r\nMonitor weekly cash flow and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and reporting\r\nOversee day-to-day AP activities and provide guidance to junior team members\r\nImprove accounting processes to increase efficiency and data integrity\r\nWhat You'll Bring\r\n5+ years of accounting experience, including experience overseeing workstreams or reviewing work from others\r\nBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field\r\nStrong knowledge of GAAP and accounting standards\r\nExperience managing close processes end-to-end\r\nExperience with accounting systems (e.g., SAP, SAP Concur, QuickBooks, Oracle)\r\nStrong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets\r\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy\r\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines\r\nClear communication skills across different teams\r\nYou'll Earn Bonus Points If You Have\r\nExperience in a multi-entity or international environment\r\nExperience with inventory accounting\r\nExperience in media, gaming, or fast-paced environments\r\nSalary Range (U.S.-based Role)\r\nThe anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,000 – $120,000.\r\nActual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, education, internal equity, and geographic location, where applicable and permitted by law.\r\nBenefits & Other Compensation\r\nThis position is eligible for company-provided benefits, which may include health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and retirement-related benefits, subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements.\r\nDisclaimer\r\nTeam Liquid does not work with third-party agencies or agents.
