This role is responsible for driving sales growth through customer engagement, relationship building, and proactive outreach. The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of sales experience, with a background in manufacturing strongly preferred, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage inbound and outbound sales communications via phone, email, and other channelsBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customersGenerate and follow up on sales leads to convert opportunities into revenuePrepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and product informationEnter and maintain accurate customer and order data in CRM/ERP systemsCollaborate with operations, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillmentStay informed on product offerings, pricing, and market trendsMeet or exceed individual sales targets and performance metricsProvide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issuesQualifications2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or related experienceManufacturing industry experience strongly preferredStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with solid organizational and time management abilitiesProficiency with CRM or ERP systems and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
