The production of water purification membranes is a growing business which addresses the ever increasing need for water. We are looking for a highly motivated and technically strong mechanical, Industrial, or chemical engineer to support our membrane manufacturing facility. Come be a part of this exciting and growing technology!\n\nDuties & Responsibilities:\n\nStrong ability to coach, mentor, and develop process engineers on the team\n\nProvide engineering support for the operation of multiple production lines, including day to day troubleshooting, performance tracking, etc.\n\nOwn the value stream(s) creation and updates within your respective scope\n\nCollaborate and effectively interface with manufacturing, R&D, quality, maintenance, sales, marketing, and other internal and external support teams to meet EHS, production, quality, cost savings, and new product development goals within schedule and budget\n\nCollect and analyze data to drive improvements that improve safety, quality, cost, and productivity\n\nCreate and update bill of materials, routings, and new part numbers\n\nDrive process improvements by identifying, developing, and leading continuous improvement projects to meet key production metrics\n\nStrong and robust technical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment/production issues – mechanical, chemical, electrical, controls\n\nDevelop, write, and review new process documentation\n\nPotential for on call or extended hours support\n\nAid in the ideation and implementation for the shift towards digitization\n\nLead in the ideation and roll out of small to large capital projects\n\nResponsible for training and developing process engineers across the plant\n\nQualifications\n\nRequirements:\n\nBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering from an accredited college or university\n\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing supply chain\n\nPreferred:\n\nMinimum of 5+ years of experience in manufacturing supply chain\n\nExperience with manufacturing of water filtration products\n\nExperience in process control\n\nGreen Belt Certified\n\nAbility to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions\n\nStrong organizational skills\n\nAbility to handle diverse activities simultaneously\n\nAbility to work in a matrix organization\n\nStrong interpersonal and leadership skills\n\nStrong oral and written communication skills\n\nAbility to communicate effectively and contribute to team projects\n\nStrong project and team leadership\n\nAdditional Information\n\nWhy Veolia?\nJoin a company that values Responsibility, Solidarity, Innovation, Customer Focus, and Respect.
