VOIP phones, printers, etc.…)\nUser training as needed\nAssist in deployment of hardware, software, and systems resources\nAssist in maintaining computerized production floor equipment\nAssist in maintaining IT Department resources\nAssist in meeting audit requirements (log analysis, assuring backup integrity, documentation, etc.)\nRespond to out-of-band tasks both during regular hours and on-call\nDocumenting issues and remedial actions as needed\n· Web development/maintenance activities responsibilities\nAdditional duties as required.\nJOB QUALIFICATIONS:\nHigh school diploma and either technical training or technical education specializing in IT related field. Must display functional knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities in a Windows Server Active Directory domain environment.\nGeneral knowledge of IT, PC maintenance, Network Operations, Printers, and various IP based technology.\nExperience with current and recent Microsoft Operating Systems, NetSuite, Office Suites, and “best practices” security knowledge required.\nInstallation, repair, and wiring of computer equipment.\nAccurately update help desk software to track incidents and resolutions.\nCoordinate support between third-party support vendors and devices.\nSelf-motivated. Must be able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
