Market President-Commercial Lending

Market President-Commercial Lending, Rockwall County Develop and manage commercial loan production in the Rockwall County market. Focus on making high quality, primarily CRE loans. Credit skills and loan management abilities for presenting new loans for approval and also maintain existing loan portfolio. Work closely with the Executive Management to formulate strategic planning goals and objectives to manage and recruit commercial lenders, grow the bank’s loan portfolio and net income while providing loan services to our customers and cultivating relationships with potential customers to drive loan growth. Work towards and assist in the positive image and growth of the bank. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business-related field required. Minimum of 10 years Commercial Lending experience. Strong knowledge of lending products and services. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to handle high pressure situations. Excellent written, communication and customer relations skills. Ability to set strategic goals and ensure high quality of products and services. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Base salary 190-220k+ #J-18808-Ljbffr
