This position is responsible for reviewing, checking, correcting, and validating information to maintain database through the company’s software. The above represents the standard Corporate Policy.\nKey Responsibilities:\nUnderstand logic of information documented on a manifest, the guidelines/policies affecting that information, and be able to recognize possible errors with trip or route data\nVerify data accurately and efficiently.\nBe able to work on your own with little supervision.\nEmail/correspond professionally with providers about correction request(s).\nRun verification reports and make necessary corrections.\nOther duties as required.\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent\nMinimum of one-year related work experience.\nBasic computer knowledge and the ability to work in a Windows environment.\nBasic electronic filing and organization experience.\nBasic knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.\nMust be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.\nThe employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.\nExperience with 10 key data entry (not required, but helpful).\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe essential functions of this position require the ability to:\nSit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day)\nPush and pull objects up to 25 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
