accountability to financial goals\r\nRequirements\r\nBachelor's degree in accounting or finance\r\nMinimum of eight (8) years of progressive accounting experience, with a focus in cost accounting and managerial experience\r\nMinimum of five (5) years of experience with systems such as Oracle, SAP, AS400, Hyperion, ADP, Ultimate, or other ERP platforms\r\nCMA or CPA certification preferred\r\nAbility to collaborate with Plant Manager, operations, supply chain and HR to align financial strategy with operational goals\r\nUse data to influence long-term planning, identify cost
