This position is responsible for the setup, execution, monitoring, and documentation of environmental tests in accordance with established procedures, customer requirements, and applicable military and aerospace standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically capable, and thrives in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.\n\nSalary: $25- 30/hr DOE\n\nHours: 2pm - 10:30pn\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:\n\nSet up and execute environmental tests in accordance with approved test procedures and work instructions\nOperate and program environmental thermal chamber controllers to achieve specified test profiles\nConfigure and operate data acquisition systems to capture accurate and reliable test data\nMonitor tests in progress, maintaining detailed test log sheets and recording data as required\nnsure test activities comply with applicable military, aerospace, and customer compliance standards\nIdentify, document, and communicate test anomalies or issues to engineering and management\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized test environment\nSupport continuous improvement efforts by sharing technical knowledge and best practices with team members\nPerform additional duties as assigned to support operational and business needs\nSkills / Qualifications:\nMinimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience performing environmental testing preferred\nStrong understanding of military and aerospace compliance standards\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document technical information clearly\nProficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)\nStrong organizational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail\nDemonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines\nProven ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment\nStrong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset\nAbility to share knowledge, mentor others, and assist with task delegation as required\nPositive, “can-do” attitude with a proactive approach to problem solving\nMust be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship\nU.S. Citizenship is required\nMust successfully pass an extensive background check, drug screening, and DMV review\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\nTechnical training, vocational education, or associate degree in electronics, engineering technology, or a related field is preferred\nEquivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered\nCompany Overview:\n\nElement is one of the fastest growing testing, inspection and certification businesses in the world.
