This role requires strong program management fundamentals, technical acumen in data systems, and the ability to independently drive clarity from complexity while maintaining program momentum. You'll work at the intersection of design, research, engineering, and operations to develop and transform data requirements into actionable programs that meet Apple's quality standards.\n\nDescription\n\nLead high-complexity projects from ideation through definition, execution, and closure for data initiatives.\n\nTranslate technical requirements into well-defined, actionable project plans and deliverables.\n\nIndependently identify risks, proactively develop mitigation strategies, and drive conflict resolution.\n\nDistill and communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.\n\nHands-on experience with data-centric projects, from collection and annotation to model training and evaluation.\n\nExperience driving process improvements in data-centric programs.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\n5+ years of program/project experience managing complex, cross-functional technical programs.\n\nProven track record of independently identifying and mitigating risks in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.\n\nExceptional communication and presentation skills.\n\nPay & Benefits\n\nAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,500 and $311,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.\n\nApple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
