These positions serve as the primary VTG point of contact to the PCO, COR, and PEO IWS 5.0 program office across all contract periods.What will you do?Serve as prime VTG interface to PCO, COR, and PEO IWS 5.0 program office for all contract mattersLead Quarterly Program Reviews (QPRs), IPTs, and ILS Working GroupsConduct Post-Award Orientation Conference within 30 days of awardManage TI number tracking on all invoices and deliver monthly financial reportsOversee subcontractor performance management across all team membersMaintain 24/7 on-call process and personnel roster across all contract periodsLead schedule management and cost/schedule variance monitoring across all SOW task areasCoordinate Government-directed meetings including RMC Collaborations and Training Strategy WorkshopsManage deliverable schedule and ensure timely submission of all data itemsOversee transition planning and incumbent workforce continuity at contract startDo you have what it takes?Must have and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance15+ years of DOD program management experience, preferably on NAVSEA CPFF LOE contractsPMP certification preferred; DAU Level III SPRDE or Program Management certification a plusDirect experience managing multi-disciplinary technical teams and subcontractor relationshipsBachelor's degree in engineering, management, or related field required; Master's preferredExperience interfacing directly with NAVSEA PCO/COR in a prime contractor role preferredAN/SQQ-89 or comparable surface ship ILS/lifecycle program management experience strongly preferredPosition contingent upon contract award*VTG’s estimated starting pay range is $90,000-$150,000 which is a general guideline for the geographic location.
