We are looking for charismatic and energetic professionals who enjoy cultivating relationships with our VIP customers.\nResponsibilities:\nSchedule virtual appointments with clients to help them set up their compliance accounts\nOutbound calls to current customers to follow up and inform on account status\nLearn & apply various state & federal regulations for small & medium healthcare offices in Texas\nHandle inbound phone calls from current clients who need compliance guidance or assistance\nOrganize & maintain client lists including compliance status and follow-up schedules\nCollaborate with team members to provide top tier customer service\nQualifications:\n1-2 years experience in an customer-facing position\nHigh-level organization, time & task management skills\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nCandidates should have great energy, a positive attitude, and genuinely enjoy working with customers\nMust be proficient with MS office & Zoom, and generally good with technology\nBachelors Degree in relevant field preferred\nCompensation:\n$45,000 - $50,000 Salary\nMedical/Dental/Vision Benefits After 90 Days\n401K Option\nPaid Time Off\nNo weekend work/late hours required.
