In this role, you will:\r\nLead your shift with confidence and ensure Shakey's Signature Service standards\r\nSupport opening/closing duties, including cash handling and receiving deliveries\r\nCoach, train, and motivate team members throughout the shift\r\nDelegate tasks and ensure everyone is prepared for the day\r\nMaintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards\r\nCheck food quality and temperature to meet regulatory and company guidelines\r\nEnsure compliance with labor laws, policies, and safety procedures\r\nSupport all FOH and BOH stations as needed\r\nCreate a positive, energetic environment for both guests and team members\r\nWhat We're Looking For1+ year of restaurant leadership experience (QSR or fast-casual preferred)\r\nStrong communication skills and a guest-first mindset\r\nAbility to coach, train, and give constructive feedback\r\nReliable, organized, and able to lead by example\r\nAble to thrive in a busy, team-focused environment\r\nMust have or be able to obtain: Food Handler card & RBS certification\r\n?
