This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in project management methodologies and a passion for teamwork, organization, and communication.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nCollaborate with project team members to identify and resolve issues efficiently\r\nSupport the submission of project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards\r\nAssist in preparing bid packages and managing procurement processes\r\nContribute to BOM and labor budgets, and help compile pre-job packages\r\nParticipate in site meetings and assist with field measurements\r\nRequirements/Qualifications:\r\nMinimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry\r\nSolid understanding of project management methodologies\r\nProven ability to manage budgets and meet project deadlines\r\nProficient in reading and interpreting shop drawings and architectural plans\r\nExperience with AutoCAD and Bluebeam\r\nDesired Characteristics\r\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to excellence\r\nAbility to maintain an organized work environment\r\nFlexible, adaptable, and a reliable team player\r\nBenefits\r\n401(k)\r\n401(k) matching\r\nESOP – Employee Stock Ownership Plan\r\nHealth insurance\r\nDental insurance\r\nVision insurance\r\nLife insurance\r\nPaid time off (Holidays / Vacation)\r\nProfessional Development\r\nWork Location : In-person/Middlesex, NJ\r\nBAMCO inc. is not accepting unsolicited assistance from search firms.
