You will be trained on *our internal processes only*—not on CAM fundamentals or programming concepts.\n\n*All programs are created offline in Gibbscam.*\n*Minor edits at the machine (feeds, speeds, safe moves) are acceptable.*\n\nIf your primary programming experience is control-side, conversational, or machine-only, this role is *not a fit*.\n\nWhat You Will Do\n\n* Program *new parts daily* using *Gibbscam*\n* Develop complete machining strategies for *low-volume, tight-tolerance aerospace parts*\n* Program *3-axis, 3+2, and 5-axis CNC mills*\n* Read and interpret complex aerospace drawings, including *GD&T and datum schemes*\n* Post, verify, and release programs through *ProShop ERP*\n* Support setups and machining as needed\n* Perform *minor, controlled edits at the machine only when required*\n* Inspect critical features to confirm conformance prior to release\n* Work independently with minimal supervision\n\nNon-Negotiable Requirements\n\nApplicants *must* meet *all* of the following:\n\n* *3–5+ years CNC mill programming experience*\n* *Professional, hands-on experience using Gibbscam*\n* Ability to program parts *from print to production-ready code*\n* Experience with *offline CAM-driven workflows*\n* Strong understanding of tooling, workholding, and machining strategy\n* Experience programming *tight-tolerance aerospace components*\n\n❌ Control-side programmers\n❌ Conversational-only programming\n❌ Router / cabinet shop backgrounds\n❌ “Willing to learn Gibbscam” applicants\n\nPreferred Experience\n\n* SolidWorks\n* CAMplete\n* AS9100 aerospace environment\n* ProShop ERP\n\nSchedule & Environment\n\n* *1st shift only:* Monday–Friday, 5:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.\n* Occasional Saturday half-days\n* Clean, air-conditioned shop\n* Overtime as required\n\nApplication Instructions\n\nTo be considered, resumes *must clearly show*:\n\n* *Years of Gibbscam programming experience*\n* Types of CNC mills programmed (3-axis / 5-axis)\n* Industries worked in (aerospace strongly preferred)\n\nApplicants without verifiable Gibbscam programming experience will not be contacted.\n\nJob Type: Full-time\n\nPay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour\n\nBenefits:\n* 401(k)\n* 401(k) matching\n* Dental insurance\n* Flexible schedule\n* Health insurance\n* Life insurance\n* Paid time off\n* Vision insurance\n\nApplication Question(s):\n* This position requires access to ITAR-controlled technical data.
