Make recommendations for changes in processes, procedures, and systems. Implement changes as approved or as required.\r\nAssist in identifying operational reporting focusing on various processes within support case management.\r\nParticipate in direct client calls addressing various application topics.\r\nTier 2 support for team members assigned Cases\r\nUnassigned Case and Task triage, and Case grouping by assigned team members\r\nLiaison between EIT and Key Accounts for projects and go-lives\r\nDeliver training oversight for new employees and current team members\r\nMeet personal Case closure goal each month\r\nEnsure Solventum HIPAA & PHI Policies and Procedures are followed\r\nDrive team, and team members, to reach personal, and team goals, set by Manager\r\nWork with EIT and Development resources to solve challenging Solventum software problems for clients\r\nPerform general Case quality assurance auditing, as well as team member case load Case reviews\r\nProvide feedback to Manager on issues/concerns of team or work processes\r\nMeet with Manager weekly, minimum, to discuss team's goals/objectives and progress\r\nWork on individual, team, and special projects as required.\r\nRepresent Solventum in communications with external customers and Solventum departments.\r\nCollaborate with Client Care, Development, and Product Owners to address technical concerns identified by Solventum clients.\r\nBuild credibility and trust with Solventum HIS customers and departments by providing solutions to software issues, inquiries, and problems.\r\nIdentify areas of opportunity to improve operational metrics to improve customer satisfaction.\r\nRequired to provide after-hours on-call support as necessary\r\nMust be able to obtain and maintain security clearance to support government clients.\r\nYour Skills and Expertise\r\nTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum):\r\nBachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND (4) four years of in Health Information, Client Services/Client Care arena, IT in a private, public, government or military environment\r\nOR\r\nHigh School Diploma/GED and (8) eight years of Health Information, Client Services/Client Care arena, IT experience in a private, public, government or military environment\r\nProject Management Professional Certification (PMP)\r\nPrior experience with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).\r\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\r\nWorking knowledge of internal Solventum HIS product portfolio\r\nExhibit excellent customer communication and management skills - written, verbal and in-person\r\nEmbrace a challenging and changing business and process environment\r\nPossess excellent problem solving, non-supervisory team management, and organizational abilities\r\nCreative in approach and not adverse to getting into the details and work hands on with the technology\r\nProficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Power Point\r\nUnderstanding of health care industry and Health Information Systems environments\r\nDisplay self-confidence when challenged within assigned areas and accept responsibility willingly\r\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines\r\nCapable of maintaining effective and professional customer relations in a fast-paced environment.\r\nWork Location\r\nRemote – United States\r\nTravel\r\nMay include up to 10% (domestic/international)\r\nLegal Authorization\r\nMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).\r\nSupporting Your Well-Being\r\nSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
