The role will support all aspects of planning, administration, and execution of client programs. Applicant must be detail oriented, highly organized, a quick learner, and have extensive functional knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Seeking applicants with a friendly, enthusiastic and professional demeanor interested in working in a tight knit, congenial office environment. Bachelor’s degree along with some travel / hospitality / event management industry experience required. Day to day, you will keep work moving and the office functioning across a variety of areas and will always be ready to learn and assist on the next task.\nKey Responsibilities\nResponsibilities may include, but are not limited to:\nDesign custom program materials for use across print and digital platforms at the direction of Program Managers\nWrite and edit copy associated with internal and external facing communications\nManage print production activities across all company programs\nAssist Program Managers with all logistics, participant and event planning details\nMaintain office environment and support overall office efficiency via various administrative tasks (filing / typing / mailing / meeting notes / phones etc.)\nSupport and assist clients in-person and via phone / email / video platforms\nDeliver work product efficiently and with a high degree of accuracy\nOccasionally assist with on-site program operations including registration, logistics, food and beverage management etc.\nPerform other duties as assigned by management\nKey Requirements\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nMinimum 1 year of experience in hospitality / travel / tourism related role(s)\nDemonstrated capacity to proactively deliver excellent customer service\nEfficient and proactive completion of all assigned work\nAbility to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic work environment\nStrong track record of maintaining professionalism at all times\nHighly organized and detail oriented\nPositive, action-oriented attitude as a self-starter\nSeek to support additional work in order to make a positive impact as a team player\nHighly proficient use of entire Microsoft Office suite; Cvent and Adobe knowledge is a plus\nAbility to strictly maintain confidential information\nDemonstrated ability to deliver the highest level of service to internal and external stakeholders\nExperience managing multiple data sources across different platforms\nAbility to work primarily Monday – Friday with occasional overnight travel to include weekends\nDemonstrated passion for domestic and international travel\nAbility to travel domestically and internationally, as needed\nAbility to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds as well as walk, stand and sit for at least 8-10 hours per day\nBachelor’s Degree required\nCrossing Boundaries LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
