The EA will work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization supporting the Directors and their teams spread across various parts of USA. SSD is an essential function within the Amazon’s organization and provides a fast, convenient, and ‘delivery in hours’ service to Amazon’s customers. The SSD network is designed and built to fulfill the speed-sensitive products to Amazon’s customers in close proximity and allow for delivery in as little as 5-hours.\n\nThis Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travels. This EA will help build a positive team environment and establish positive working relationships inside and outside of the group. This role requires a strong attention to detail, high judgment, solid organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests from across the team.\n\nAn important key to your success would be to build and maintain healthy relationships across the organization. A big part of your job will be to understand the organizational structure and strengthen our relationships and collaboration with adjacent teams.
