This role maintains and leverages a deep understanding of HEAPY’s purpose, core values, mission and vision to develop and maintain positive and strategic relationships to improve advocacy and collaboration with clients, colleagues, and shareholders.This position extends executive capabilityby supporting HR and leadership in an efficient, transparent manner, proactively identifying tasks and projects assigned to the management team that can be completed independently, allowing more executive focus on strategic issues. The Executive Assistant is dedicated to building industry leading expertise with a growing, strong and stable workforce.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing the calendar of the Chief Executive Officer and other executives, ensuring all meetings and appointments are organized and communicated effectively with key participants.Handle travel arrangements and logistics for the CEO, including booking flights, accommodations, and coordinating travel itineraries.
