Litigation Associate

Litigation Associate Hybrid, Greenville, SCPosition Overview:Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their Greenville office. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in general commercial litigation. This is a full-time role that offers a more predictable work schedule than a traditional associate position, while still providing engaging, high-quality litigation work.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in South Carolina.Preferred Experience:Background in product liability, toxic and mass torts, and personal injury is preferred.Demonstrated excellence in legal research, writing, and academic performance.Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a dynamic litigation team.Work Environment & Physical Requirements:This position operates primarily in an office setting and involves standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.Sedentary work with occasional walking and standing is required.
