We’re changing expectations about how the arts serve a community.\n\nProctors is seeking per diem bartending staff for our bars on performance days and evenings and for events. Hours will fluctuate yet be known well in advance.\n\nESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nPrepare drink orders accurately, neatly, and promptly\nMaintain correct drink portions\nFollow cleaning and sanitation standards\nUnderstand the Point-of-Sale system\nProvide exceptional, friendly customer service to all guests\nEngage in constructive dialog with management and other bartenders in discussion of best practices in all aspects of the workflow.\nProvide well thought and reasoned feedback both during and after shifts\nAbility to accurately follow established Company policies and procedures\nDress according to company requirements for the position – Proctors shirt, black pants without holes, tear, stains\n\nPOSITIONS QUALIFICATIONS\n\nHave TIPS Certification. Training will be provided by Proctors Collaborative as needed\nPossess knowledge of most mixed drinks, wine varietals and beer\nUnderstand alcohol serving guidelines and quality control\n\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\n\nAbility to lift 40 pounds\nAbility to stand for extended periods of time\n\nPAY RATE: $16.00 per hour\n\nProctors Collaborative is committed to building a workplace that is both creative and progressive.
