This role provides advanced security analysis, supports incident response, develops and maintains SOC detection use cases, and works with clients and internal teams to strengthen security operations and overall security posture.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nClient Engagement\n\nCollaborate with clients to understand security requirements, risks, and objectives.\nProvide recommendations to strengthen security posture and align with industry best practices.\nCommunicate security findings, risks, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.\n\nSecurity Operations & Incident Response\n\nServe as a senior escalation point for SOC analysts investigating security alerts and incidents.\nAnalyze suspicious activity, security events, and potential threats to determine risk and appropriate response.\nSupport incident containment, eradication, recovery, and root-cause analysis.\nIdentify trends and opportunities to improve monitoring, detection, and response capabilities.\nMaintain incident response procedures and document post-incident findings and recommendations.\n\nCompliance & Reporting\n\nSupport client compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards, including GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI DSS.\nPrepare security reports highlighting key metrics, trends, incidents, and recommendations.\nSupport security audits, assessments, and client reviews.\n\nRequirements:\n\nRequired\n\nBachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.\n4–6+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security operations, incident response, or a related field.\nExperience with security technologies such as SIEM, EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, firewalls, IDS/IPS, or comparable platforms.\nStrong understanding of networking, cybersecurity principles, threat detection, and incident response.\nExperience troubleshooting and investigating complex security events.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.\nAbility to work independently, prioritize multiple issues, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.\n\nPreferred\n\nCertifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+, CySA+, or comparable credentials.\nExperience with Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, or similar technologies.\nKnowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, CIS Controls, or other cybersecurity frameworks.\nExperience with cloud security, threat hunting, vulnerability management, or security engineering.\n\nAdditional Considerations:\n\nThis position may require occasional work outside normal business hours to support security incidents, maintenance activities, or client requirements.
