HVAC Apartment Maintenance Technician

Job Description This role offers a Monday through Friday schedule with no on-call or weekend duties, and weekly pay. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, painting, and appliance care. Key Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical repairs, drywall, and painting Troubleshoot and repair appliances, ensuring functionality and resident satisfaction Complete maintenance requests and work orders efficiently and on schedule Assist with maintaining the appearance and functionality of the apartment community Collaborate with property management and other team members to address maintenance needs Requirements: 1+ year of handyman/maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance care Own a set of basic hand tools HVAC certification Reliable transportation to and from the property Ability to work independently and follow a Monday-Friday schedule Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail All candidates will need to pass a comprehensive background check.
