Who We AreArtmac Soft is a technology consulting and service-oriented IT company dedicated to providing innovative technology solutions and services to Customers.Job DescriptionJob Title : Senior SAP EAM/PM/QM SpecialistJob Type : C2CExperience : 8-12 YearsLocation : Winfield, KansasResponsibilitiesProvide support for SAP EAM, PM, and QM processes Act as the primary contact for SAP MM issues; investigate, analyze, and resolve problems for end users. Update and maintain SAP EAM, PM, and QM functional documentation for accuracy and completeness.Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.Facilitate workshops to collect and refine business requirements from stakeholders.Support the design, customization, configuration, and testing of EAM/PM modules.Identify gaps and issues within current processes; provide workarounds and solutions as necessary.Liaise with clients for troubleshooting and support, ensuring effective communication and understanding of issues.Provide ad hoc training and user support to ensure effective use of SAP systems.Desired Skills & ExperienceMinimum of 5 years in full-cycle SAP implementation and support projects.At least 3 years of SAP experience in Inhouse repair.Familiarity with integration points between SAP modules like MM, CS, and FICO.Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously.Experience in a professional services company is preferred.Strong understanding of accounting business processes and ability to view processes from a customer perspective.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with various stakeholders.Conduct unit tests, integration tests, and system integration and security testing.Proactively propose solutions to improve support for new business processes.Significant experience in SAP PM/QM configurations and business process capabilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in writing functional requirements and designs.Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members as needed.QualificationBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
