You'll manage day-to-day project coordination—from opening new projects and maintaining accurate documentation to supporting budgeting, invoicing, and scheduling—while also leading a team of Project Coordinators. You'll balance workloads, provide hands-on guidance, and help onboard new staff, all while serving as a go-to resource for scheduling, client communication, and internal process questions.
