To apply to this role please send your resume to Responsibilities:Manage or assist with the timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycles.Oversee the preparation and consolidation of the firm’s balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statementsDesign and implement new policies, controls, and workflowsDrive automation/AI adoption in reconciliations, reporting, and consolidationSupport M&A diligence and lead post-close integrationOversee the billing and collections processes to drive down Days Sales Outstanding and speed up cash collectionDirect operational accounting activities including oversight of AP and Payroll functionsBuild and update short- and long-term cash flow forecasts to project daily, weekly, and monthly liquidity needsBuild and mentor a growing accounting team, instilling accountability and high performanceSupport internal controls, SOX compliance, and ongoing process improvementsWork closely with cross-functional leads to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracyRequired Qualifications:12+ years of progressive accounting experienceExperience supporting publicly traded companiesCPA requiredStrong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and SEC reporting requirementsExperience with M&A integration, working capital, and cash flow analysisTo apply to this role please send your resume to Our specialized recruiting professionals apply their expertise and utilize our proprietary AI to find you great job matches faster.
