This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity focused on equipment troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and production support within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.\n\nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on, self-motivated technician who can work independently in a smaller overnight team, respond to maintenance work orders, troubleshoot equipment issues, and help ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production operations.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial manufacturing and packaging equipment\nPerform mechanical repairs on pumps, agitators, gearboxes, motors, valves, heat exchangers, and other rotating equipment\nDiagnose basic electrical, motor, and instrumentation issues\nPerform preventative and corrective maintenance\nRespond to equipment issues and maintenance work orders from operations/maintenance teams\nReplace/repair bearings, shafts, gears, mechanical seals, and related components\nMaintain piping systems (cutting, threading, soldering, installation)\nPerform calibration checks/adjustments on scales, flow meters, and process instruments\nSupport packaging equipment troubleshooting in cleanroom environments\nAssist with packaging line changeovers and equipment conversions\nFollow OSHA safety standards and GMP procedures\n\nQualifications\n\nIndustrial maintenance experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, manufacturing, or similar production environments\nHands-on experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment\nStrong mechanical troubleshooting skills, including pumps, motors, gearboxes, valves, piping, and other rotating equipment\nBasic electrical, motor control, and instrumentation troubleshooting capabilities\nExperience performing preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, and responding to equipment breakdowns in a production environment\nAbility to work independently, prioritize maintenance requests, and support overnight production operations\nExperience in a GMP-regulated environment preferred, but not required\n\nSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
