Sr. Program ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Program Manager to join our team for a 6-month contract in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years of experience in program management within the software and/or technology industry, with a focus on Customer Experience across web, voice, and messaging/chat platforms. This is a 100% onsite role, and we are only considering local candidates at this time.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage complex programs in the Customer Experience domain, with focus on web, voice, and messaging/chat platforms.Oversee multi-discipline teams, including both business and technical resources, ensuring smooth program execution.Develop and manage program timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful and timely program delivery.Utilize Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies to tailor the project delivery approach for maximum efficiency and program success.Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, risk mitigation, and effective decision-making throughout the program lifecycle.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.Provide regular program status updates, identifying potential risks and proposing solutions to keep programs on track.Required Skills & Qualifications:7-10+ years of experience as a Program Manager in the software or technology industry.Strong background in managing programs within Customer Experience, particularly across web, voice, and messaging/chat platforms.Proven experience in leading multi-discipline teams consisting of both business and technical resources.Expertise in various project delivery methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid), with the ability to tailor approaches to suit specific program needs.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying risks and driving solutions.Desired Skills:Experience in managing cross-functional teams with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Previous experience in a Customer Experience role, particularly in digital transformation initiatives.Additional Information:Local candidates only applicants must be based in the San Jose, CA area.100% onsite this is a full-time onsite position.Duration: 6-month contract with potential for extension.Company Benefits & Culture:Inclusive and diverse work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and developmentComprehensive health and wellness benefits
