They deliver each instructional session while evaluating the progress of each student in the program.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nTeach and educate students according to guidelines provided by iCode.\nManage an orderly classroom at all times.\nProvide meaningful feedback about class material and student dynamics in the classroom in weekly status reports.\nAssess, record and report on the development, progress, attainment and behavior of students.\nProvide weekly communication and updates to parents on a weekly basis.\nTreats students equally and fairly.\nPresent a professional manner at all times.\nMaintain exceptional classroom standards.\nQualifications\nPositive attitude, outgoing and excellent people skills.\nDependable and flexible to work evenings and weekends.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work with students ranging from K-12.\nStrong problem–solving and analytical skills.\nAbility to work independently as well as part of a team.\nBeing able to perform well under pressure.\nHigh school diploma required.\nFreshman, Sophomore, Junior or Seniors of BS in Computer Science preferred.\nException also for exceptional students in High School with a career focus in Computer\nScience and active leadership role in a high school STEAM club.\nExpectations\nFollow the items outlined in the “key responsibilities” section.\nStay on schedule provided by campus director.\nPerform tasks within the timeline provided by manager.\nPerform tasks within reasonable expectations of quality of work.\nOffer creative solutions to issues and problems.\nEmployee must clock in and clock out at all times while reporting to work.\nMust be in proper work attire.\nMust be a team player.
