Parts Clerk
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Parts Clerk to join our team. The Parts Clerk will be responsible for managing inventory control, and customer service related to parts and supplies.
Duties
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track parts inventory
- Coordinate shipping and receiving of parts
- Maintain accurate records of parts transactions
- Assist in the organization and management of warehouse inventory
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to assist in identifying and ordering correct parts
- Negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing
Skills
- Proficiency in CMMS and other inventory control systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Mechanical knowledge for identifying parts
- Experience in warehouse management and shipping/receiving operations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
