We are seeking a skilled Die Setter to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in die setting and machine setup to ensure efficient and accurate production processes.ResponsibilitiesSet up and adjust dies on stamping presses and other machinery according to drawing, process documents, and specifications.Perform machine setup to prepare equipment for production runs.Inspect dies and machinery to ensure proper alignment and functionality.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to die setting and machine operation.Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to optimize workflow.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Skills and Qualifications5 + years experience die settingStrong knowledge of machine setup procedures.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Attention to detail and precision in work.Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Company OverviewAt Thunderbird, the collaborative relationship with our parent and partner companies allows us to better serve our customers – now and in the future.
