Facilities Technician - Corporate
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provide world class service in a timely & safe manner and with a positive attitudeTake ownership and pride in all workMaintain a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment for all team members, visitors, and contractorsEnsure safety hazards are identified and addressed promptlyCreate/maintain landscaping and outdoor areas, including mowing, trimming, weeding, planting, and wateringPerform seasonal grounds work such as leaf/clutter removal, snow shoveling, and ice treatmentInspect and maintain outdoor equipment, tools, and facilities to meet compliance and safety standardsPerform minor projects/repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, facility design, and paintingManage/update the CMMS (UpKeep) with all relevant information (tickets, vendors, scheduled events, assets)Maintain the café area, including vending, food/beverage mgmt, equipment containment, & catering assistanceReceive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packagesPrepare and process outgoing mail, including bulk shipmentsMaintain/operate (in a safe manner) company vehicles to transport mail, supplies, pickups, or personnelPerform safe loading and unloading of materialsMaintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic vehicle checksFollow all traffic laws and company driving policiesSome tasks or circumstances may require evening, weekend, or on-call availabilityQualifications and Education Requirements: High school diplomaValid driver's license with a clean driving recordPrevious experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or similar role preferredMust be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly, bend, kneel, and work outdoors for extended periodsBasic knowledge of tools, equipment, and repair techniquesPositive attitude with a team-oriented mindsetStrong time-management and organizational skills Hourly Range $25-$30 Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
