Job Opportunity: Pediatric ElectrophysiologistOur organization is on the lookout for a talented pediatric electrophysiologist to become a part of our diverse team. The ideal applicant should possess board certification in pediatric cardiology, along with a minimum of one additional year of fellowship training specifically in pediatric electrophysiology. It is essential for candidates to have certification from the International Board of Heart Rhythm Examination (IBHRE) and hold either the Certified Cardiac Device Specialist (CCDS) or the Certified EP Specialist-Pediatrics (CEPS-P) designation, with a preference for CEPS-P. The selected individual will be an energetic and seasoned pediatric electrophysiologist, skilled in device implantation and catheter ablation, ready to bring fresh insights to our programs.Current Team CompositionOur existing faculty comprises:Three surgeonsFour interventional cardiologistsThree heart failure/transplant cardiologistsFive advanced imaging cardiologistsTwo electrophysiologistsTwo adult congenital cardiologistsOne inpatient cardiologistWe currently perform between 90 to 100 electrophysiology (EPS) and ablation procedures, along with 25 device implants annually in the catheterization lab. Anticipated growth in workload is expected in the coming years with the launch of an accredited adult congenital heart program.Position DetailsThis is a full-time employed role within our multispecialty physician group.
