If you thrive in high‐acuity environments and enjoy building continuity with patients over longer stays, this role offers meaningful, impactful work every shift.Schedule7a or 7p | 12‐Hour ShiftsPer Diem flexibilityWhat You'll DoProvide comprehensive nursing care to patients with complex, chronic, and high‐acuity medical conditionsPerform detailed patient assessments and monitor clinical status throughout extended staysManage ventilators, tracheostomies, complex wounds, central lines, and IV therapiesAdminister medications, titratable drips, and treatments per provider ordersCollaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, case management, and interdisciplinary care teamsSupport patient progression toward stabilization, recovery, or transition to the next level of careEducate patients and families on treatment plans, disease processes, and long‐term care needsIdentify and respond promptly to changes in patient conditionDocument assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical recordWhat We're Looking ForActive RN license in the state of practiceMinimum of 1 year of recent LTAC, ICU, Step‐Down, or acute care hospital RN experience requiredBLS required (ACLS preferred)Strong assessment, critical‐thinking, and care‐coordination skillsExperience caring for ventilator‐dependent or medically complex patientsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a high‐acuity, fast‐paced environmentExcellent communication skills and a collaborative, team‐focused approachWhy You'll Love This OpportunityYou'll care for patients who truly benefit from consistency and advanced nursing expertise—working closely with interdisciplinary teams while enjoying the flexibility of per diem scheduling.Company DescriptionNursefinders Staffing Division offers employment opportunities with a stable, innovative company in Health Care Staffing, one of the fastest-growing sectors of health care.
