(GA-ASI), an affiliate of General Atomics, is a world leader in proven, reliable remotely piloted aircraft and tactical reconnaissance radars, as well as advanced high-resolution surveillance systems.\n\nWe have an exciting opportunity for a System Test Analyst to join the GA-ASI Systems Integration Lab (SIL) team in Poway, CA. Under general supervision with minimal review, this position supports the SIL environments for multiple product lines. This role is both technical and requires hands-on involvement in troubleshooting and repair, while also ensuring tight coordination with cross-functional teams, especially with other SIL team members supporting avionics systems, software, payloads, sensors, data links, ground control stations, test equipment, and ground support equipment.\n\nThe ideal candidate will champion a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and interdepartmental synchronization to ensure high performance and reliability in a regulated aerospace environment. Collaborates with other engineering members to resolve complex issues and provide feedback for the technical appraisal of the tested systems. Consults on the analysis and development of test standards and procedures. Contributes to the development of systems quality testing, operating methods, and processes. This position involves the exercise of independent judgment and discretion about matters of significance.\n\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nSynthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.\nDevelops, modifies and executes comprehensive and detailed test plans, procedures and schedules for assigned systems.\nCoordinates and conducts systems inspections, testing, verification, and validation of assigned systems.\nDocuments tests and assists in modifying systems.\nConsults on integrated testing activities. Collaborates with engineering to resolve non-routine issues.\nReviews and evaluates test requirements to ensure completeness of test program.\nPerforms technical analysis of systems and prepares comprehensive system level evaluations.\nContributes to the development/updating of test standards and procedures.\nMaintains the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.\nResponsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.\nExpected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.\nOther duties as assigned or required.\n\nWe recognize and appreciate the value and contributions of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences and welcome all qualified individuals to apply.\n\nJob Qualifications\n\nTypically requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline and a minimum of two or more years of related experience.
